Parkview Realty Group LTD ("we") runs this app. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, messages, showing requests, favorite homes and saved searches.
- Basic technical information: our server records the web address you visited and your device's internet address for security and to stop abuse. We keep these logs for a short time.
- A cookie that keeps you signed in on this device. We don't use advertising cookies.
What we don't do
- We don't use outside tracking or advertising services in this app.
- We don't sell or rent your personal information.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, set up showings, and help you buy or sell a home.
- To send listing emails only if you ask for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also stop them from Saved searches.
- Your information goes to the Parkview agent whose app you used, to our broker, and to our customer database (Follow Up Boss), which stores it for us.
Listing data
Home listings come from MLS Now and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time: markmcguire@parkviewrg.com or (216) 712-8382. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This app is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit who can see your information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
